My topic revolves around anxiety and similar depressive disorders, and how awareness is needed for these disorders to fill the gap between treatment. Mostly these go untreated or officially undiagnosed in individuals, even if they know they have it, people tend not to seek help. This directly effects their quality of life, depressive disorders become a part of every thing you do on a daily bases. This is a substantial public health problem, because individuals with these disorders are making life harder and putting burden on themselves daily to do everyday life chores. Public health is here to make living easier for people, therefore people need to be aware that there are treatments if not treat it all the way, at least can make the process easier to live with.
